Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original condition and packaging
• Unused and free from damage
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Note: Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Receive a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Drop off at your nearest shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@slentix.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
